DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

WOWPNG is in compliance with 17 U.S.C. §512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond to properly submitted infringement notices and take appropriate action under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Content on WOWPNG may be user-submitted or sourced from publicly available references. We do not intentionally host infringing material and will review valid notices promptly.

1. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe content on WOWPNG infringes your rights, send a written notice to [email protected] with all required details below.

If links to your copyrighted material appear in WOWPNG pages or search results, include the exact result URL and at least one search term under which the material appears.

Your notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name, mailing address, email address, and a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  2. The URL of the original copyrighted work (or other ownership source URL) proving the material you own.
  3. The exact infringing URL(s) on wowpng.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and complete.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please note that knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability, including damages, costs, and attorneys' fees under applicable law.

2. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

After receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the reported content and may notify the affected user. We may request additional information if the notice is incomplete.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with sufficient legal basis and contact details. We will review it and process according to applicable law.

4. Repeat Infringers

WOWPNG may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
